Frequently Asked Questions
Everything brands and importers usually ask before starting a supplement OEM/ODM project.
What is your MOQ for private-label supplements?
Our MOQ starts from 500 units per SKU for trial batches, so new brands can validate the market before scaling. The exact MOQ depends on dosage form, packaging and complexity — confirm with our sales team.
Are samples free?
Yes — working samples are provided free, typically ready within 7–10 days. You evaluate formula, taste, packaging and label design before committing to production.
What is the production lead time?
Bulk production usually takes 20–30 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on dosage form and order size. A written schedule is provided before you commit.
Can you develop a formula for me?
Yes. Share your product idea and target market, and we develop a formula and recommend the most cost-effective dosage form and packaging. We can also produce exactly to your existing spec.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes — a COA is issued with every batch, covering assay, identity, purity and microbiological testing, aligned to your market's requirements.
Can you put my brand on the products?
Yes — OEM/ODM and private label are our core business. We produce your labels, packaging, cartons and compliance labeling to your design.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are typically a 30% deposit with the balance before shipment, via T/T. Other arrangements can be discussed for ongoing programs.
Which markets do you export to?
We export to North America, Europe, the Middle East and other global markets, with compliance documentation prepared for your destination.
Can you help with regulatory compliance?
We provide labeling and documentation support aligned with your destination market (e.g., FDA labeling rules for the US, food supplement rules for the EU). Confirm the scope with our sales team before ordering.
Which shipping terms do you offer?
We work on EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP depending on your preference, with export documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading) prepared for each shipment.
