Colour Cosmetics OEM/ODM — Private-Label Makeup
Colour cosmetics are decided by shade and payoff. We produce powders, sticks, tints and liners to your shade references and pack them in compacts, tubes and pens under your brand.
Shade Range Comes Before Format
In colour cosmetics the shade range is the product. A compact, a stick or a tint is only the delivery format, so we start from your references — a physical sample, a Pantone chip or a competitor shade you want to sit next to.
Four decisions then fix the specification: the **shade references and how many**, the **texture and coverage** (matte, satin, cream-to-powder), the **format** (compact, stick, tube or pen) and the **pan or fill weight**. Shade matching is confirmed on a pressed sample before production.
Pressing, filling, assembling and cartoning run on the same site, which is what keeps the shade consistent across a run. Each finished batch is released with a COA.

What We Control in a Colour Cosmetics Line
Incoming material checks
Raw materials and components are checked against the agreed specification before a batch is scheduled, and results are kept with the batch record.
In-process control
Weight, appearance and fill checks run through production, so drift is caught while the line is still running rather than after packing.
Release with documentation
Finished goods are released against the specification and shipped with a Certificate of Analysis for the batch, plus the artwork files we produced.
Cosmetics — Common Questions
What is the minimum order for a private-label shade?
From 500 units per SKU and per shade. Because colour is ordered by shade rather than by formula, a range of shades multiplies the minimum — tell us the range and we will quote it as one project.
How is a shade matched?
Send a physical sample or a Pantone reference. We press a sample of the match for your approval before the run, and the approved sample is kept as the reference for the batch.
Can the case carry our own artwork?
Yes. Case artwork, hot-stamp or print, pan size and carton design are all produced under your brand; outer-packaging design is free of charge.
Do you produce both powder and liquid formats?
Yes — pressed powder, cream-to-powder, sticks, liquid tints and gel formats are all produced in the same facility.
