The Oil Blend Is the Specification
A soap bar is defined by its oil blend and its cure, because those decide hardness, lather and how the bar behaves in a wet dish. Fragrance level is then set against the blend rather than added on top of it.
We agree four points before quoting — the **oil blend** (olive, coconut, shea, goat milk or a blend), the **additives** (clay, oatmeal, botanical extracts), the **bar weight** (75, 100 or 150 g) and the **wrap** (paper band, flow wrap or boxed). For liquid cleansers the equivalent decisions are surfactant system, viscosity and pump format.
Soap is cut, stamped, cured, wrapped and cartoned on the same site, so bar weight and wrap register stay consistent across the run. Each finished batch is released with a COA.

Incoming material checks
Raw materials and components are checked against the agreed specification before a batch is scheduled, and results are kept with the batch record.

Weight, appearance and fill checks run through production, so drift is caught while the line is still running rather than after packing.

What is the minimum order for a private-label soap bar?
From 500 units per SKU. Soap is usually ordered by bar rather than by the unit, so the minimum applies per bar reference.
Can you match a blend we already sell?
Send the bar or its specification. We match the oil blend, the additive group and the bar weight, then confirm on a working sample before the run.
Which bar weights are available?
75 g, 100 g and 150 g are the common commercial weights; the exact weight is fixed on the specification for your project.
Do you produce liquid cleansers as well as bars?
Yes — facial cleansers, gel cleansers, micellar water and body washes are produced in the same facility, in pump bottles or tubes under your artwork.
